Born and raised in Atlanta, Christian Clark began his dance training at age eight under the direction of Robert Barnett. His professional career has spanned 24 years, including work as a principal artist with Atlanta Ballet and as a principal guest artist with Royal Winnipeg Ballet and Orlando Ballet. Christian has performed leading roles in full-length classics such as Swan Lake, Giselle, Roméo et Juliette, and Dracula.
He has danced in works by world-renowned choreographers including Twyla Tharp, Ohad Naharin, Alexander Ekman, Liam Scarlett, Yuri Possokhov, Jorma Elo, Stanton Welch, Wayne McGregor, and Jiří Kylián.
In 2017, Christian co-founded Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre and continues to be a vital part of the company as a dancer, educator, and creative contributor. He has taught at Greater Atlanta Christian School, Agnes Scott College, and Kennesaw State University, and served as co-director of Atlanta Ballet’s professional summer intensive. Christian is also a NASM-certified personal trainer and works with Proteus Fitness to support the health and performance of dancers and athletes.
