2026 SPRING MATCH SWEEPSTAKES 

OFFICIAL RULES 

PLEASEREVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 2026 Spring Match Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Terminus Ballet Inc.(the “Sponsor”), located at 75 Bennett Street NW, Suite A-2, Atlanta, GA 30309. By entering, each Sweepstakes entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by these Official Rules, the laws of the State of Georgia, and other applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws, without regard to any conflictof laws principles. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is also ubject to  omentive Software, Inc.’s Privacy Policy located at https://momentivesoftware.com/privacy-policy/, though these Official Rules will govern any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who areat least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, Sponsor’s promotion and advertising agencies, members of Sponsor’s Board of Directors, and members of their immediate families(spouses and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees or board members, are not eligible to enter or win. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, the information each Entrant provides will only be used for Sweepstakes administration.  

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on May 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 22, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible to win. 

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter either (A) by completing an eligible donation (the “Donation Method”) or (B) without making a donation via the Alternate Method of Entry described below (the “AMOE”). 

A.    VIA DONATION (DONATION METHOD). To enter via the Donation Method, the Entrant must (i)visit https://www.terminusmbt.com/support/spring-sweepstakes ,(ii) click “Donate Now,” and (iii) successfully submit and complete a donation during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon Sponsor’s receipt of a completed donation, the Entrant will receive the number of Sweepstakes entries corresponding to thedonation amount, as set forth below. 

1.     Donate between $1–$24:one (1) entry
2.    Donate between$25–$49: two (2) entries
3.    Donate between$50–$99: three (3) entries
4.    Donate $100 ormore: five (5) entries 

Donations must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s database clockwill be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Entrants must provide allinformation requested as part of the donation process accurately and completely; entries associated with incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid contact informationmay be disqualified and/or may be unable to be contacted.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without making a donation, visit our free registration form online at igfn.us/f/62pc/n and complete all required fields. Each completed form submission equals one (1) entry. Limit five (5) AMOE entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. AMOE form submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 22, 2026. Entries with incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid contact information may be disqualified and/or may be unable to be contacted. All entries, whether submitted via donation or AMOE, will be treated equally for purposes of the random drawing.

Limit: For donation-based entries, an Entrant may receive a maximum of five (5) entries during the Sweepstakes Period. For AMOE entries, limit five (5) AMOE email entries per person during theSweepstakes Period. Entries received in excess of the applicable limit(s) will be void. Entries with incomplete or erroneous information, entries generated byscript, macro, or other automated or mechanical means, and entries made by anymeans which subvert the entry process or otherwise not in accordance with these Official Rules are void. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similarentry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void allentries and result in disqualification. Potential Entrants may not enter moretimes than indicated by using multiple identities, email addresses, or devicesin an attempt to circumvent the rules. 

RANDOM DRAWINGS; ODDS OF WINNING: One(1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around May 29, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions arefinal and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will benotified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Upon notification, the selected potential Winner must respond within 72 hoursto accept the prize. The potential winner and the Winner’s guest may berequired to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and aliability/publicity release (where lawful) within five (5) calendar days of thedate of issuance. Failure of the guest to timely execute and return any required documentation may result in the forfeiture of the guest's portion ofthe Prize. If the potential Winner does not respond or is found to beineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, analternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded to the Winner consisting of Four (4) tickets to our 2027 · 10th Anniversary Performance. If a Performance is presented on multiple dates/times, Winner may select the date/time of their choice, subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable, may not be resold, and has no cash value.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250 USD. ARV is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. Actual value may vary based on the number of ticketed Performances in the 2026 season and ticket price(s) for the applicable Performance(s).

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winner may not substitute, assign, transfer, or resell the prize. Sponsor will provide winner with additional ticket redemption instructions and availability details prior to each Performance. All prize details (including, without limitation, eligible Performances, performance dates/times, seating, ticket delivery method, and any blackout or other restrictions) are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not receive, access, ortimely respond to Sponsor emails and/or other communications regarding prize fulfillment, including due to spam filtering, incorrect contact information, or other issues outside Sponsor’s control. Parking, travel, transportation,lodging, meals, and any other incidental costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are not included and are solely the responsibility of Winner and Winner’s guest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize (or any portion thereof) becomes unavailable. The issuance of any tickets for the Performances is strictly contingent upon the Winner’s guest executing a Liability and Publicity Release in a form acceptable to the Sponsor. If aWinner’s guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the release must be executed by their parent or legal guardian. Guest eligibility issubject to all venue and performance policies, including age restrictions. Tickets may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any attempt by a Winner to sell or transfer a ticket will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Prize, the invalidation of the tickets, and disqualification of the Winner from the Sweepstakes. The tickets constitute a revocable license. Sponsor and the ticket issuer reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or Winner’s guest if they engage in a non-permitted transfer of the tickets, fail to abide by the ticket terms and conditions, fail to follow venue rules, or if they engage in disruptive conduct at a Performance. Winner and Winner’s guest must comply with all ticket and venue rules andregulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible, and no compensation will be provided, if a Winner and/or Guest is unable to access or use their tickets. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

WINNER PUBLICITY. If you are selectedas a potential Winner, except where legally prohibited, you grant permissionfor Sponsor and its designees (including Sponsor’s affiliates and promotion and advertising agencies) to use your and your guest’s name, identity, photograph, voice, likeness, hometown (city and state), description of prize won, prize information, and an associated entry for programming, publicity, advertising, trade, promotional and other purposes, without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and on the Internet and in perpetuity, without notice, inspection, review or approval and without restriction as to frequency of use or additional consents from you or any third party. Potential Winner agrees to execute cause Winner’s guest to execute specific consents/releases and reasonably requested by Sponsor to enable Sponsor to pursue and protect its rights hereunder. Potential Winner also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without Sponsor’s prior written consent, which Sponsor may withhold in its sole discretion. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, unintelligible, delayed, garbled or undelivered entries or additional entries, for network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions or lines, or computer hardware or software, or other equipment failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, receiving entries, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Proof of submission (e.g.screenshot) does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries or additional entries, or if the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminatethe Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Winnerin a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries and additional entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. Each Entrant, by participating, and Winner, by accepting a prize, agree that Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have noliability whatsoever for, and such Entrant, Winner, and Winner’s guest will release, discharge, defend and hold Released Parties harmless from and against, any and all liabilities, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death to persons, or damage to property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

REPRESENTATIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and warrants to the Sponsor that: (i) the Entrant meets all eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes; and (ii) in preparing the entry and participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant has complied in all respects with these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable statutes, orders, regulations, and other laws.

MISCONDUCT: The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who (i) tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or affiliated web sites; or (ii) is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules or the Privacy Policy. Any attempt by an Entrant to commit any of the acts of misconduct set forth in this section may be a violation of civil and criminal law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TERMINATION:The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time. If, at any time, the Sponsor is unable to operate the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period (e.g., without limitation, due to administrative difficulties, or to fraud or technical failures such as a computer virus, bug, or other form of unauthorized intervention that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes ever be terminated, the Sponsor will make alternate arrangements to award any prize offered.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated withparticipating in the Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA. REQUEST
